Your childminder
Jess is a 32 year old creative and food mad individual.
In her early years, Jess would spend a lot of time playing with cars, painting and making mud pies.
These days, things haven't really changed.
​
Working life started in a kitchen of a shooting ground, then a sales assistant,
a junior prototypes engineer and a plating technician in the Formula 1 world.
During these full times jobs, Jess had voluntary roles in a retirement village and in the kitchen of a
well known hospice.
Here, Jess was introduced to the guidelines from the Food Standards Agency,
and learnt to work with them - labeling, cleaning, organising, inspections etc.

Despite Jess' Engineering background, children were never too far away,
and she'd naturally feel obliged to be involved with their learning, games, and general upbringing.
​
In 2018, Jess was given an opportunity to start her childminding journey,
and since then, she's researched, planned,
purchased and even moved house to accommodate her desired career:
