What if I am not satisfied with Penguin Childcare?
If there are matters you feel you are not satisfied with, feel free to approach Penguin Childcare and we will do our utmost to correct the issue.
However, if you feel you have no choice but to record your experiences, there are governing bodies or agencies that Childminders adhere to, such as Ofsted or Rutland Early Years, please follow the procedure on your Complaints Policy document in your pack.
Do you offer 30 hours free funding?
Yes! We have limited placements for funded care, so please mention if you are interested in this government scheme on your initial visit.

How will my Childminder communicate with me?
Technology reduces a childminders' paperwork by hours a week. Therefore, more time spent with your child.
At Penguin Childcare, we use a recommended app called Famly.
Famly is a safe and encrypted app used by Nursery's and other Child carers. Your child has their unique profile where you will receive regular and real time updates, as well as your child's personal learning journal. Please visit https://famly.co/software/parent-communication/ for more information.
Does Penguin Childcare offer any other discounts?
